If you don't have a team already, we have relationships with all the people you might need to achieve your vision like architects, structural engineers, builders, plumbers and electricians.

Managing the build

There are a lot of processes, moving parts and people involved in building work. We manage all of it, making sure things happen on time, so you don't have to.

The first step to creating your dream home is the design stage. We then make sure your plans meet all the laws and building regulations, including getting planning permission if required.

Designing your spaces

There can be a lot of choices to make. Everything from tiles to counter tops, taps to switches, flooring to paint, furniture to curtains. We help you make the many choices by presenting options that bring out your personal style - and making sure everything is ordered on time.

Making sure the build team have everything they need, when they need it and carrying out regular site visits to ensure everything is running smoothly.

We will create floor plans to help you visualise the layouts of each room and for the build teams to work from. This helps you maximise on each space, whether that's designing a storage area you'll actually look forward to using or a living space that needs to work well for the varied uses you want it to have.
